Can anybody help sum up or analyse the poem 'Meeting Point' by Louis MacNeice?

A man has fallen in love with this woman, and this poem is describing a single point in time of this man's thoughts about her. He even thanks G-d for his moment.It also means that love is existent where nothing else dwells.
