Why does my PS3 beep 3 times when turning it off after playing the Uncharted 3 beta?

Been playing the Uncharted 3 beta a lot, console (slim) beeps 3 times when turning it off after playing it but only happens after the beta, doesnt seem to be harming my console. Help?
