How to deal with lonliness and aspergers syndrome?

i am so ******* lonely its killing me i am only 18 and have aspergers syndrome i work and everything. i dont have a freind in the world. my 19th birthday is coming up and i will be getting drunk at a pub by myself i really hope i get alochol poising and die and im very far from a drama queen. its just lonliness is killing me my own family abboned me. and i sometimes talk to my bro who always laugh and says i have no freinds i act like to him that it dosent bother me but it does. how do you deal with lonliness????? how can i be like every 1 else cause every 1 seems to have freinds except me. is it my dissabilty or is just me. do many aspergers people have freinds???? i was diganosed when i was 10 years old
