Macaulay Honors College Baruch vs Babson?

I was accepted to the Macaulay Honors College at Baruch and Babson College. I would do business at both colleges. At Baruch, I would receive full tuition, a macbook, and money in study grants. I live in New York so it's unlikely that I would dorm (which I really wanna do!) and would have to commute. Babson costs $55,000 annually but is ranked 20th in business(poised to rise) and Baruch 36th. I'm leaning toward Baruch because it's free and situated in the city, but the CUNY (city university of new york) schools have a subpar reputation. I also want to go to grad school and to afford it, it makes sense to go to Baruch. What should I do? I really want the college lifestyle and Babson has more of that feel and is higher ranked. Babson also gives me more opportunities to transfer bcause of its rank. What to do? Please and thank you(:
