Can you get alchohol poising the day after?

I binged drank on saturday and on sunday i felt fine but i didnt eat or drink nothing all day. I woke up with a massive headache and fever. But so far today i have been drinking powerade and eating. and drinking lots of water i feel aches and am a little cloudy in my head. So why did my hangover hit me the next day and do i have alcohol poisoning
