Why Isn't Unity Web Player Working?

Im on a mac and I want to play the game Reign Of Steel, which is a browser game that requires Unity Web Player plugin. I have installed it twice but whenever I try to load the game, it says, "Failed to update Unity Web Player". Can someone help me?
