I need help with Physics homework!?

A boulder weighs 200 newtons is poised at the edge of a 100-meter cliff. what is its gravitational potential energy? and how do i show how the potential energy changes as it falls to 50m 20m and 10m? i know the equations but i don't know where to put the numbers please help
