Need medical help fast?

i was wondering what is wrong with me i am just back from a camping trip im 15 had a few beers and now i have diarrhea every time i eat something i am sick and have a pounding headache also i am extreamley warm all the time i came home at 7 last night and this is me just getting up i fell like i have a lack of energy can anyone help me i think i might go and see the doctor but can anyone try and figer out whats wrong . oh also we had some meat on the trip cooked with a stove and gas i think i might have food poising?
