People have told me it could be due to some type of poising, is this true?

My skin and my nails and my lips all taste like cleaner or toxic chemicals. I don't know how to explain it but when ever i lick my lips or bite my nails i get this taste just like if you were ever little an accidnetly got cleaner or chemicals in your mouth. If have asked around and some people say it could be due to some type of poisning or something, i dont beleive its true but just to be on the safe side. I have been getting sharp pains in my stomic, and do tend to be sleeping around 14 hrs a day latly. I am 14. If you have any idea why this is happening or what it might be please answer. Please do not tell me to go to a doctor, I can't anytime soon
