Sony PS3 PS+ Question?

I wanted to download the free 30 days so I can get the Uncharted 3 beta, but will everything I buy go away after PS+ expires? say I buy some games that I didn't use the ps+ saving money option, do I still lose them after the subscription expires? And I'm also getting a PSP soon so when I download games off the store will they disappear after as well?
