I want the mozilla firefox 4 version and cant get it?

i keep trying to get the mozilla firefox 4 and i keep getting the new beta version and that's not the one i want reason is i cant get the google toolbar down loaded to the firefox new version it tells me i need the 4 and below ANY ADVICE ANYONE
