Is writing on your skin dangerous?(With Pen)?

ya I do the same thing too . I write notes on my left wrist, cs I forget easily. My Mother caught me doing that one day and she said that I could get poisoning. the ink is absorbed in the skin. She is a nurse, so I guess she knows.
