Minecraft unlimited/infinite health mods?

I am currently using Minecraft Beta 1.6.6 and have gotten myself into a very bad position. Currently I am in a pool of lava with only one half a heart remaining. Needless to say, death is inevitable and all of the diamond I'd been mining will of course be lost on my death. I don't want to use the too many items mod to get my items back so instead is there any mod that gives you unlimited health so that I can get out of the lava alive?
